WonGram Review & Alternatives – *WARNING*

Best Instagram Growth Tools

There are many different ways to expand your reach on Instagram these days. While the manual was a way to do it, there’s no way you can do it that way anymore – not with all the competition out there. There are a lot of people trying to increase their Instagram followers as well, which means you are done with your work.

This is why it’s all about who you choose to work with – it could make or break your Instagram presence. As you can imagine, there are some great companies to work with and some average companies too. Let’s review one and see how they do.

What is a wongram?

Won Gram claims to offer an organic Instagram marketing service for large businesses, small businesses, and everything in between. They claim to be the fastest way to find new followers that you can then convert into customers.

They even say that you will get thousands of real followers with them or you can request a refund, which makes us feel like they are completely confident in their service. However, they may just be another bot on Instagram. Let’s give them a review.

Review for WonGram

We’ll start by looking at the positives:

  • secure site: We are glad to see with WonGram that they have secured their site with https. This is a great security measure, for two reasons. The first is that it helps you rank a lot better on Google. In fact, you probably won’t confuse Google at all if you don’t secure this part of your site. Second, this is important because it means that if your customers share their information with you, you can safely store it on the site from hackers.
  • Visual Pricing: Won Gram ticks all the boxes when it comes to their price points – they’re affordable, visible and they’ve put them on a separate web page. This is probably the most important part of it – it means that they put an appropriate amount of effort into creating their website. If they just put their prices on their homepage, it means that they are lazy, not worried about what the customer thinks.
  • Real Reviews: Oddly enough, Won Gram seems to have real reviews from Instagram accounts running. They have an Instagram handle attached to each review and a photo too – presumably their profile picture. Now, there’s always a chance that they paid for these reviews, but we also think they could be real, which is why we’ve included them in this column.

Now, let’s talk about the negatives:

  • FAQ and help page: Surprisingly, we couldn’t see any evidence of the FAQ anywhere. This is a pretty standard feature for companies like this – it doesn’t cost much to set up and can mean the difference between a potential customer and a willing customer. Obviously, the FAQ is important because it means that you can learn about a company before signing up for their service. The more you know about a company, the more confident you will feel.
  • 24/7 Customer Support: Won Gram has a chat box located in the lower right corner that allows you to connect with someone on their team, but we doubt this works around the clock. While they may be able to help you during business hours, we believe they close this at the end of the day and you can leave a message only if you have any issues outside of normal business hours.
  • Email and phone form: The phone and email form is very valuable, especially when it comes to being accountable to your customers. It allows you to collect customer information that you can later store in your database. There may come a time when you need to inform existing customers of changes or updates to your services, and you won’t be able to do so well if their information isn’t ready to make it to your website.
  • Supported payment system: Nowhere we can see it indicates that Won Gram has secured a payment system so you can pay them safely. What a lot of companies do these days is make you pay them through PayPal, which isn’t the worst – but it also portends more laziness. If they’re meant for their followers, they’ll set up an authenticated payment system, so you can securely share things like your credit card information.

Is Wongram a scam? Is WonGram safe?

To summarize, we don’t think Won Gram is safe to use. When you initially visit their website, they are pleasing to the eye and they have made efforts with their site indicating that they are not lazy, and we can’t see how safe they are to link to.

They left out a lot of necessary accountability and security measures that we consider to be deal-breakers. The other problem is that it’s probably just another bot – it’s very unlikely that you’ll be running an organic growth service. We cannot recommend them as a company and suggest you look elsewhere.

other information

Another problem we have with Won Gram is their name. Instagram has copyright laws about both “insta” and “gram” which means other companies cannot use either of them in their brand name. Won Gram is clearly violating this, which won’t go down well when Instagram finds out.
