Witherspoon shared that her new daily habits include starting the day with a big glass of water, getting 10 minutes of light outdoors, reading for 30-60 minutes each day without distractions, and going to bed by 10 p.m. every night to get eight hours of sleep. She then asked her followers what habits they work for, and Witherspoon’s friend and fellow celebrity Ina Garten was hilarious.

“That sounds cool but I probably don’t do any of these things! So funny!! My formulas are easier to follow: 1. Drink more big cosmos 2. Stay awake to watch addictive broadcasts. 3. Stay in bed in the morning and play Sudoku instead of Read a good book. 4. Spend more time (safely) with your loved one. In a pandemic, I do what I can!”
