In the past 11 years Ryan Reaves has scored 49 career goals and has spent his share of time in the penalty area. If you’ve seen him play, you know the guy isn’t afraid of fights, and over the course of our conversation, you’ve learned if his playing style is reflected in the way he runs his business, 7Five Brewing Co. (In short) ANSWER: It’s certainly a competitive employer, but it’s less likely to offer sinister physical exams during tasting sessions.) The company currently sells a line of four brews in Nevada and is in the process of bringing them to New York and St. Louis. 7Five’s motto is “Beer is worth fighting for,” and I challenge anyone to challenge him on that.

Reeves was born in Winnipeg in 1987, which explains his dual passion for hockey and beer. He made his National Hockey League debut in 2010 and has played for the St. Louis Blues, Pittsburgh Penguins, Las Vegas Golden Knights, and currently plays for the aforementioned New York Rangers, where the 2022 Stanley Cup is pretty much guaranteed.

We hope you enjoy our chat. Go blouses!
